Really depends on...
1. How long each batch takes to process.
2. How many batches he needs to fine tune the process.
He's not only trying to reach a high grade, he's also trying to work out how to minimise use of reagents.
We know he has a running start, because he's done it before. But, he still needs to run a minimum number of trials.
Let's assume that each batch takes 24 hours to run + a few hours lab work in between; probably could work on a new batch every 1.5 days.
Since start of April, probably has only run 10 batches.
Once he is happy (subject to continuous improvement), he'll then need a few days to run final batches to produce a credible stock quantity (enough to prove to doubters that it's a sustainable process).
Next week at the earliest.
