Alex's second point:

"2. Why was the gas issue not previously disclosed? - We were using our tank gas boiler as a work around and believed it could achieve the same outcome so mains gas wasn't an issue until we determined it wouldn't work as expected at the end of last week."

As much as I hope it will be a simple fix, is it really safe to assume that upgrading from the boiler to a main gas line would resolve purity issues? What are the main differences between the boiler and the main line mechanically speaking?

Are we talking backyard BBQ >>> Krakatoa?!?

Certainly not an expert in anything gas-wise.

Would appreciate any thoughts
