I would say all Australian gas distributors have held up industry in Australia from opening or commissioning plants, residential houses and commercial setups at some point in time due to delays that weren’t expected. The company I work for is no different and we have pushed right to the last minute to have them up and running but sometimes things happen! As a company we apologies to the end user but the one that cops the flack from customers or shareholders is the end user not the distributor.
