AGY have to be...they are hinting at hint...if AGY is working on a OFF TAKE deal now they have to announce to the market they are currently working on one. Not a month later when it's done. The market can decision if if the SP goes up or down.

No one will do anything wrong at AGY...but what about the other sides in China? Is someone buying there or telling a friend here?

All information must be released to the market. It's just that simple. Not my rules.

This is what I mean Bill... nowhere have AGY talked about an offtake deal.. nowhere, they aren't hinting - just linking a tweet talking about supply and demand. Even if they were 'talking' to somebody about an agreement they certainly don't have to release that to market until it is some sort of official format or genuine negotiations... they havent even setup a plant yet mate, the market can't be told about something that hasn't even happened yet, no need to get yourself worked up over nothing
