    It’s been a month since our permit has arrived. I think a month is reasonable to get funding considering we had already waited 8 months for the permit. IMO something is going on in the background - not necessarily negative either. The MItsubishi deal isn’t a locked in contract so has someone else come along with a better funding deal and OT rolled in?
