Unfortunately, I feel that the funding will come from shareholders in the forn of a cap raise for stage 2. AGY can then build the plant and prove that the process can be scaled up and the hopfully funding for stage 3 will be secured. To be honest, if Jerko is struggling to get finance just do the raise and get stage 2 underway. Better then just hemorrhaging money, waiting.
