    Just a guess but perhaps a royalties model? Otherwise why get involved in QL as the most important link for relatively speaking little return on value add?

    The business model and protecting PA’s solution will be JZ’s most difficult hurdle. My understanding is PA walked away the first time for that very same reason. Who knows just speculating.......
