In reference to item 10. This is covered well to provide feedback to KNM bod that their efforts are lacklustre with twitter and  does not reflect a business that's on the cutting edge of engaging students with online education programs.

Further to Item 10, I have discussed previously on HC forums, is the concern that the webpage provides a 'shop front' but we just do not know what is behind it - and to me that is very important.

Is it impossible for individuals to buy a seat for their child without association with a broader education department being committed, (my understanding). I do not fully understand if Kneomedia is available without the support of a teacher??

I think something can be said for allowing a base of users to grow steadily - if the product is good people will use it, and pay for it. In turn positive pressure will be put on the education systems to adopt he product. There are other supplementary options in the education realm  - mathletics / kumon / multilit / +others - that parents/guardians seek out to assist their children to improve their education separate from the structured State or Private school systems. Kneomedia should embrace the option to grow one seat at a time from individual subscribers.

Finally, We need to see the nuts and bolts behind the Kneomedia website homepage. Share holders should be able to experience the program and understand how to navigate around it and the benefits for the programs users. Even something on youtube that navigates through the product and describes the benefits. Basic stuff really.
