    Yes and no...

    Prevent further dilution vie the FDLOC's as an added bonus whilst getting back their initial capital...yes!

    Selling 50m odd shares (over half their holding) in order to prevent dilution?...lol...I think no!

    It is a valid point however...the non-conversion of the FDLOC's (5c), which are now well and truely dead in the water, will be good for all shareholders...except for the FDLOC holders of course!
