completely agree with you marks, how ever as a share holder my self (of a sizeable amount) I would have like to have the opportunity to take part of the raising, I was not told or did not even have a clue that there was a raising and at 3c too, and at the same time I had no idea why the share price was dropping on end so close to the finish line.... I think that's not fair that others knew why it was dropping and took advantage of the situation whilst most did not....
