Well you have to admire the way that Pure directors have played this. They have put themselves into a very strong position.

They have got two competing offers, both laid down unconditionally. All they have to do now is show their love to the team with the biggest wallet. Kind of making it hard for arrow not to make a counter offer, by quickly making a recommendation on BG straight after a reserves upgrade.

Personally I would have thought the guys in Pure would have had a better upside with Arrow with exposure to an LNG future as well as the CGT roll over. I guess they can just sell out and start again. I see Sunshines old team of Mckay and Gilby have joined up with COI.

According to PNN it looks like this next pause will be the rest before the third (andfinal?) round.
