The Fin Review states quite unequivocally that bids for the whole company have NOT been received by the deadline. They are not speculating, they are reporting information which they believe to be true and accurate...as you can see if you reread the statement:
"There are suggestions Bahrain's Arcapita and investors Denham Capital are set to bid for the whole company BUT HAD NOT DONE SO BY THE DEADLINE...it did not say for example - we suspect they may not have done so...it said had not done so...
big difference between the two.
