The acquisition will go through, i have no doubt of this. The question is what proportion of the debt will be paid thus determining the special dividend. When you've got a company that could realistically pay its current market price with excess funds you can be sure the risk is low and the upside positive. 10-15% return within the next couple of months is most likely imho.
