    IMO is a two bit oil company.

    In one of their announcements the company stated that they are going to refurbish some old pumps for use in wells.

    Well, I guess that about says it all: they are reduced to using refurbished pumps.

    Oh, and by the way the SPP is NOT being underwritten. Now I wonder why that is?
