That was my impression as well about the 1% rule when they hold over 5%.
But looking at LNG/MEL, LNG didn't report their change of substantial notice when they went over 1% extra (in one day) stake in MEL. ie. they would have reported a notice at 8.99% (up from 5.16%)?
