The two boards meeting is just a rumour. Look at DRM response to speeding ticket today. They have not sat down with RMS board at all - just an initial chat on 18 October when first Substantial notice was lodged. I agree that any discussions would need to be disclosed if there was any agreement to bid. My guesstimate is RMS will bid 1 share and 70-80cents cash for every DRM share. Lets see what price the CR in RMS is being done atto see where final cash amount will be pitched. I would think around $2 in total.
