grafton48 do you seriously think the crew of the boats are the people who organize the racket and take the $10,000 from passengers?
I'd say they are paid employees with little or nothing in the bank but who stand to collect maybe $1,000 backpay at Indo rates after serving time here and being deported back to Indonesia.
If so your idea is hairbrained and would not be possible.
