    Looks like this could break through the 2c mark (in the wrong direction). Is it just holder fatigue and pre-tax end of year sales? I've not seen any updates on their 2H goals. The financials should be ok but I'm wondering if signing a new Partnership Agreement with second Tier 1 Telco and finishing the building out of infrastructure are going to make the timeline?
    IMO.
