You two are the only and absolutely responsible for the continues and humiliating failure of this company.

Ritract earned 'ZERO DOLLARS' in more than three year period of its life. Where as Hon Dr Michael Wooldridge made a cool Two Million Dollars in just few months after floating this company.

He received 5,000,000 free shares and 5,000,000 free options.

He sold all his free shares about @ 0.35 x 5M = $ 1,750,000
He sold all his free options about @ 0.05 x 5M= $ 250,000

I hope Hon Dr Michael Wooldridge would return at least half of his Un-just earned money (one million dollars) to Ritract and would certainly win the real Honour.
