That is how much time is left for UNIS to start a run of ten consecutive days of closing at or above US$1.9286 or become subject to delisting from NASDAQ. Anybody think they will get there? Once the next delisting notice goes out, it will be difficult for UNIS to file a successful appeal.
If delisting occurs it is likely to cause a sharp decline in the share price making any capital raise extremely costly to current shareholders, assuming they can do a capital raise at all.
