Its a moot point, given they will run out of money before then. I'm actually not too concerned about the listing per se.
Check out another bio company Immune Pharmaceuticals Inc, its price has been below $1.00 since November 2015 and is still listed on the Nasdaq global market. Its market cap is $28 million as well. Its fundamentals are lot worse than Unilife's so I guess the appeal process will get them another period of grace, particularly if they can fluke a good deal.
Speaking of Immune Pharmaceuticals, it also received a convertible note from Discover Growth Fund around about the same time as Unilife. Discover Growth Fund triggered an event with them as well and Immune Pharma's shares on issue tripled. Another company that got a Convertible Note from Discover Growth Fund had a similar fate. I would love to know who put us into contact with that Fund.
