In Unilife's case, they did something that they weren't supposed to do and caused the event default right from the beginning. It was something to do with disclosure. Immune, was another company that's been mismanaged and a disaster. They were a lot like UNIS telling people that they had a product that was ready and it never got to the point it needed to be. They also did other financings with worse funds than Discover. I met with them at a Nasdaq event. CEO was arrogant and pretty rude. I thought to myself, not going to invest in this one as I had already learned my lesson. I don't know what the default was for Immune was about. Here's a link to news about their deal.
