There are 3 different standards to be listed on NASDAQ 1) earnings, 2) shareholder equity and 3) market cap. The only standard possible for UNIS is a $35 or $50MM market cap. I think funding and remaining listed are tied together, if we get the funding we will meet the market cap requirement. If the funding occurs in the next 2 weeks and the market cap rises I think NASDAQ would extend the listing to allow for the 10 days requirement. We are their customer and they don't want to fire us unless they have too.
