Sale of tank cleaning business and purchase of Delvex adds about $1.25 million to EBITA x PE of 15 = 3.8 cents plus some growth upside say 4-5 cents per share. Earlier "guesstimates" say valuation of 15-20 cents per share. IMHO TOX valuation is in the "ballpark" of 19-25 cents per share. Any additional deals will add to this estimate. TOX is still a very strong buy.
