The plot thickens. If it is indeed Pala behind the UBS stake then that would mean they have well over 10% and as such a controlling stake in IGR should it be subject of a takeover. A bidder needs to hold 90% before it can commence compulsory acquisition. Depending on Pala's intentions this may not be a bad thing.
