Well the same Director putting in yet another $36,000 of his hard earned cash for 25,000 more shares, straight into his Pension fund. There are plenty of other "bargains" out there in this ravaged market, so why would he choose this one above the rest. The way I see it, is he's either trying to prop the share price up post poor results ( which isn't working) or he truly believes this is an excellent opportunity to buy and hold long term in a Company he has full information about. Thats either misplaced optimism or solid confidence in its future. I'm not seeing too many other Directors buying into their Companies on this slumping market, so I am sure time will tell.
It's not a given, but I tell you, there's promise in those nuts I'm holding!
