Most would agree MMX was trading well below true value before the latest upgrade and now even more so. In other words a settlement is factored in.The amount is unknown but somewhere between 200 million and 300 hundred million could be the upper limit, with the increased value of JACK HILLS. Harbinger will know this and could have ANTICIPATED the upgrade.Cash and shares to that value would soon be absorbed.
