The security guard will be called but MPs and staff come and go from Parliament house at any time 7 days a week. If they have 24/7 access card then the guard could not stop them as there were no rules about being drunk. God help Barnaby and a few others if you were breathalysed before going into the building.
The real fun will be when Linda Reynolds is called. They cannot possibly call Scott Morrison despite his request to be told what he knew about it as he cannot swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
The best thing Morrison can do is get a high powered QC to accept a blind donation and get the trial deferred until after the election.
