Case 85-2023 with the first environmental court is in process of being moved to the second environmental court. This was done because case 333-2022 is the older case relating to project blanco and it is in the second environmental court. This move is in anticipation of the case being accumulated and rolled into case 333-2022 of the second environmental court. Also the Procedural Status and Stage for case 333-2022 went back to In Process and In Relation, meaning that the case is not likely to be close to wrapping up.
This will leave a single known environmental case against project blanco, in addition to the supreme court case which has had no updates or change.
