So you're effectively saying we need to either wait for the government to get their shit together and collaborate on stage two, or wait until the government get voted out for a more progressive , liberal government before the project will progress?

I'm not attacking you, but that's how I interpret your... "we need to wait until stage 2 is confirmed".

In that case, it could be months, quarters or years before we have certainty because there's still about 2 years left of Boric's presidency.
