If you're not sure what to look for in a sp prior to and after a cr or distribution and the obvious effects on that shares price after certain published dates then perhaps you should examine a few past ones,any stock will do, just for your own education.

That way you'll be able to determine the cos. that are worthwhile in taking up such "offers" and the ones left alone.

I'll give a little clue - after the retail offer is filled the sp of IDC will drop, but I'm guessing not by the dilution factor. That's good.
