this will be capped under 7c until the rights closes.

why? so that those, who can apply for more than their allocation, will do so. And, having convinced the retail holders that they can buy on market cheaper.

(which leads to apathy, and they dont.)

Given the strong isnto support, possibly games getting played. Cautious when capping evident.

(mind you, those same players, will want to pump the price up later on, and sell down their holding)
