Because ARQ are not placing shares through brokers - placements are an excellent way for brokers to obtain an inordinate percentage of the total amount raised, there is less incentive for brokers to write positive research reports on ARQ.

Upon release of such a report they can only obtain their normal brokerage rates from clients who still pay top dollar brokerage in order to be guided by their brokers.
