Valid points you make Brucey & SP, and I respect the market, indeed these prices have allowed me to get set while it's unloved.
I'm taking an educated punt that a rerating is likely sooner rather than later and if you look at it's yearly graph, when it/if happens it's likely to be fast and furious.
