I agree. Should definitely be a significant fine for SP manipulation. Thats 9 sells of under 100 shares at 12.5Cents so far at intervals of 3 minutes. Someone tell the cheap ass that he could have paid the 13cent if he hadnt spents so much on trying to bring the price down. Hate these guys
