Serious question: Why do you think it didn't - if not "scream" overnight - then at the very least go up a bit more than just a token amount?
I'm not well enough qualified, or experienced, to be able to discern how positive, or otherwise, yesterday's announcement was, but judging from this forum, it was overwhelmingly significant.
I'm wondering why the world at large doesn't appear to view it in the same way (well, not yet, anyway)?
(Again, it's a serious question)
