Benelong..its a relevant issue because at start of week 13 the Placebo patients started receiving a number of Biologic Anti-TNF Agents - all the way to week 39 to help the patient manage the disease....
...yet the MPC treated patients only had 1 SINGLE injection in the 1st week...yet outperformed Placebo at week 39.
and without having the risk of side effects - which unfortunately some of the Placebo patients b/w weeks 13 -39 may be subjected to as a result of the continuous use of Anti-TNF Agents to keep comfortable and less pain.
You can understand why SI ( a rheumatologist himself) is so bloody excited ! So shoulf all MSB holders , stakeholders
and the very ill refractory RA patients
