    MG still has it's work cut out for themselves... aside from debt load they'll carry on to acquire WCB.
    If Bega sells to Saputo that'll help push the canadian company towards a majority stake-hold. After which, it will be futile for MG to carry on... regardless if the Tribunal approves or rejects their advances.
