“Two interesting things out of the AGM for me.

(i) I was wondering how they got 200m+ proxies in favour of the Rem Report? There are no substantial shareholders and there are multiples of disgruntled investors who have lost 70% in the last year or so.

(ii) the last thing that the CEO said was that he expected 12 – 15c EPS in the 2016FY. If he delivers that outcome hip hip hooray! If he doesn’t then surely that will be the last failed forecast he will make as CEO.”
