    current sp is much lower than real sp of ARC.

    so when the bad news coming, the sp is going up instead, that means the share holder is waking up.

    through this bad news, ARC is becoming famous in the market, and it can attract more investers. that is good for SP.

    the sp will keep going up for several days.

    just my own opinion
