Certainly the quickest I have ever seen!! Assuming they have made a profit to 30 June sufficient to meet the buyback cost with a bit left over, then our earnings per share has just increase about 10%.

Of course, it is a long time since the Orbital SP has been anywhere near as much as the Synaject value so in theory a buyback is well worthwhile. However, there has always been a fear among shareholders that they would gradually sell of Synaject to keep paying their own salaries. If we have actually moved into a true profit mode then there is a chance yet that Orbital's SP will move to reflect the underlying values. We can only wait and see (about 22 August usually), but over the years I have learnt not to hold by breath.
