guys what has happened here with cnp is a once in a lifetime opportunity, you snooze you loose and im not up ramping this, you get a chance like this take it and abuse it, these dont happen often...

i have learnt this from a friend who had an opportunity to buy a property in 2000 but it was a half built house the couple were divorcing and they offered it to him for 1 mill, waterfront, he borrowed from banks friends to buy it.
he then went and borrowed 1.5 mill and built a mantion very nice house , in 2006 he sold it for 9.5 mill.

an average bloke 8 years ago is worth 10 mill today and he said to me these breaks in life dont come often, when they do grab them...

he is only 35....
