    I stand to be corrected.

    Obviously both Phil Thomas and the ADY ASX Announcement got it wrong. It's a pity that the Company Secretary does not check announcements for accuracy.

    So let's wait until March to see how the Board actions the outstanding loan. However the current litigation against ADY by Wyndham Ex MAY impact ADY's ability to automatically obtain the 40% of Vallenar.

    In my opinion ADY is still a high risk. That is why I am nolonger committed.
