I understand that the Annual Report must be issued by Sept 30th.

Can only assume that if the AGM is still scheduled for Oct 28th and ADY plans to seek a vote on the demerger on that date that the package ( RLL valuation etc) needs to be issued tonight at the latest.

If however the AGM has been postponed then ADY has until next Tuesday to reveal key dates including demerger if applicable.

I do not expect details of loan repayment until later in Oct once shipment details are known.That is unless Phil brokers a deal in the meantime and obtains the long awaited funds be they $25m or $40m.
