so we are going to sell a $300M asset for $20M????? 40 cents is still a Joke and the board will still advise us to reject.

I'd like board to investigate selling the asset but not the company. I'm guessing the Tax implications of any such deal will be the major concern for the top 20 share holders that control the company.

Considering the company has 50m shares $1 is still cheap to buy this rich asset.
