They will, but this is not a market sensitive announcement. It is similar to the agreement with Singtel, Axiata and Telenor. The Telenor agreement was done mid-late 2014 IIRC - and it has only in the last few months equated to an actual 'deal' being done with one of it's subsidiaries (Digi - in Malaysia).
There is really no telling how fast MBE will roll it's products out to the Etisalat subsidiaries. It has zero commercial significance until they start doing that. I'm hopeful they've done this for their Indonesian subsidiary - possibly their Pakistan subsidiary tool. With this agreement and the others, they can cover a great deal of the South Aast Asian telecom market.

Getting deals done at group level does not mean it roles out into each territory. Telenor's business in Bangladesh and Myanmar has sub 10% smartphone penetration.
