    There is also a new mobile agreement in place with Etisalat (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etisalat) which appears to be primarily middle east and African. This would be similar to the Axiata, Singtel and like agreements - that is, agreements to allow MBE to talk to subsidiaries about utilizing their infrastructure.
