Aegis Therapeutics (close buddy to PYC) signed a deal with Roche about 3 weeks before the PYC/Roche deal. On the 25th January Aegis signed another with Dr Reddy's Laboratories (NYSE:RDY). Both Aegis and PYC have attended the Roche Colorado Peptide Symosium which probably got Roche on side and maybe others.
