As they clearly point ou, todays announcement will "SUPPORT" their Infrastructure Claims/and or claim to use BHP Rail
IF they get access to BHP rail, youll have a $4-$5 company
But until then, im not so sure you'll see $2+.
Not sure if now is the time to buy as rail issues capping the company, but potentially a great story unfolding
