This question regarding whether OBJ receives royalties on the device only or device/cream is a “bone of contention” that regularly is discussed and with the company failing to inform Shareholders will continue to do so. I would like to draw attention back to the Coty deal dated 03.12.2014 ~
whoever negotiated this deal certainly knew what they were doing so I would find it very surprising if the same type of contract wasn’t negotiated with P&G. My observations with Coty at the time was that they were more open about the collaboration when you compare this announcement to P&G announcements.
Perhaps the actual deal on royalties may now apply with what smac has discovered and imo would include royalties on the cream, without the device the cream is “just” cream.
